Her empathy with pets is demonstrated by the fact that she established a rapport with and petted my neighbour's dog, which usually snaps at everyone except its owner. When I go away I can rest assured that Amy will take care of my geriatric cat which needs vital medication twice a day as well as careful monitoring of its water intake. She keeps me updated during my absence with emails, texts, photographs and even videos of my cat!"
